For this group session there is nothing to do but make the intention now to join the healing and then lie down somewhere comfortable. Even if you can’t do this and have to be active the energy will still find you but the best way is to be able to relax and be quiet during this time. You may even go to sleep, which will be beneficial also. This is an introductory energy session to introduce you to the monthly long distant sessions that will be available in July.
